"I have never seen such a choral performance before. It is, by far, the best. The most impressive part was Handel's 'Messiah' of the third act. When I heard 'O Come O Come Emmanuel' in the first act, it sounded like a sign saying, "A colossal performance is about to begin so put on your seat belts!"
This was a testimony from an audience of the Gracias Cantata held at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, on the 22nd.
Around the Eagle Bank Arena, where the Cantata was held last year as well, people were in a line of dozens of meters before the performance, filled with anticipation.
The Fairfax residents who attended the show were filled with joy and hope through the words and performances. More than 4,000 people of various backgrounds, more than twice as many as last year, were amazed at and cheering for the Cantata performance.
